How to Bid on an Auction Item

If you cannot attend the auction but find an item that you wish to bid on, you may submit a bid via email, FAX, or telephone call. If during the event, bidding does not equal or exceed the bid you submit, you have purchased the item.

For the bid to become official, you must provide:

• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Complete description of the item you are bidding on
• Listed value for the item
• Your bid amount for the item
• Credit card number, type, and expiration date.

Fill out the Bid Form. You may submit the form by email by clicking the button at the top, or you may print the form and mail it to St. Louis Center. Bids submitted in advance are final, and represent a commitment on your part to purchase the item for the amount of the bid, unless a bona fide bid is accepted for the item during the event.
