How to Apply

If you wish to consider having your child stay with us, we begin with an evaluation and interview to determine if we have the capability and programs that are right for his or her special needs. You may also want to visit our facilities to meet our staff, see what we do and how we do it. Contact our social work department using the information request form or give us a call. From time of inquiry until admission usually takes 2-3 weeks, although this process can be accelerated in the case of an emergency placement.

After the initial interview, application materials will be completed, and you will receive additional information from us. Upon entrance to St. Louis Center, your child will be assigned to one of our social workers, and will work with a team to develop a program and personal goals.
